· Labor is billed hourly in 15 minute increments. Hourly rate is far less than manufacturer's field service rates.

· Estimates are billable time and will be applied to the repair charges as they are a preliminary part of the repair.

· Consultation-charges apply when a block of time is used to compile technical information for a repair or to research a new equipment purchase.

· Estimates and consultation charges are based on the hourly rate.

· Hourly rates for 2020 are $165.00 per hour. 

· Travel charges are at the current hourly rate.

· All repairs are scheduled upon receipt of a completed request form.

A PO# for a minimum amount of $660.00  or estimate amount is a requirement. The initial visit to provide quotes or estimates, initial diagnostics, and travel time are billable hours. Completed repairs may be invoiced for a portion of the PO amount on smaller repairs. Repairs that exceed the amount of PO are adjusted to the invoiced amount.
